Customer service for your Barbados DigiFlex prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 100 at any time from your Barbados cellular phone.
For emergencies while using your local Barbados GSM SIM card in Barbados please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Barbados SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Barbados SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^Your phone will prompt you for a 4 digit PIN code which is on the welcome letter affixed to your Barbados SIM card. You will be prompted for PIN1. The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Barbados cellular phone, callers will need to dial 1 (same country code as the US) followed by your Barbados cell phone number. To call abroad from your Barbados cell phone simply dial 00 (or the + key on your cell phone) followed by the country code and phone number.

GPRS is currently not available, however you will be able to receive email via your DigiCel SIM card: Your e-mail address will be the last 7 digits of your phone number @digitextbb.com (ex. 2601234@digitextbb.com) All incoming e-mails are free, outgoing e-mails are charged as an SMS at BRD 0.20 (US$0.10) per message.
Adding Airtime
Your Barbados SIM card has an initial airtime credit of BBD$10 (approx. US$5). Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime or FLEXcard vouchers, as they are referred to locally (not another SIM card) in Barbados. Airtime vouchers are available locally in Barbados at local convenience stores, Digicel shops and authorized dealers. To recharge your Barbados service, simply follow the instructions below.

* Enter *121*(recharge voucher code)# and press �yes/ok/send�
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.
Your SIM card is initially valid for 30 days when you arrive in Barbados. Each further recharge is valid for 90 days. If you do not recharge your account within 2 months, your mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit on your Barbados SIM card will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The validity period begins the day you arrive in Barbados.
