*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Hong Kong SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert your Hong Kong SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Hong Kong cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 852 and then your Hong Kong cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Hong Kong cell phone, simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.

Adding Airtime
Recharging whilst abroad has never been easier than with your Hong Kong prepaid SIM card. Simply purchase a SmarTone recharge voucher from any SmarTone shop, 24 hour convenience store or authorized dealers. You can purchase these in denominations of HK 100, HK 200 or HK 300. Once you have purchased your recharge voucher, simply follow the steps below.
* Scratch off the protective layer to reveal your recharge voucher code
* Dial 18031 from your mobile phone and follow the voice prompts
* Enter the recharge voucher code when prompted
REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another Hong Kong SIM card when your airtime is depleted. All you need to continue using your Hong Kong service is a SmarTone recharge card.
Service Life
Your airtime with your Hong Kong SIM card is valid for 180 days. If you wish to continue using your Hong Kong service, you will need to recharge a minimum of HK 100 (US$12.80) within that period.
