Customer service for your Saudi Arabian Mobility prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 1100 at any time from your Saudi Arabia cellular phone.

For emergencies while using your local Saudi Arabia GSM SIM card in Saudi Arabia please dial 112 from your cell phone.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Saudi Arabia SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Saudi Arabia SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

^Your phone will prompt you for a 4 digit PIN code located on the back of your prepaid SIM card . The PUK is only required to unblock your phone if you enter a PIN code incorrectly 3 times. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.

**When calling overseas from the United States to your Saudi Arabia cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 20 and then your Saudi Arabia cell phone number omitting the leading 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Saudi Arabia cell phone simply dial 00 or the + key followed by the country code and phone number.

Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within Saudi Arabia while you are in Saudi Arabia. All incoming calls on your Saudi Arabia cell phone, regardless of where they originate, are FREE.

International Calls

Making international calls from your world cell phone has never been easier than with your prepaid Saudi Arabia SIM card. All rates are per minute for international outgoing calls from a Saudi Arabia prepaid SIM card while in Saudi Arabia. Note that signing up with the Return Call Service can significantly reduce the cost of international calls

For cheaper international and roaming calling rates consider the Passport international SIM card.

All international SMS are charged at SR .50 ($0.13 USD) per message to anywhere in the world.

Your SIM card includes 2 EGP 50 airtime vouchers (and EGP 5 preloaded) which you may load when you arrive in Saudi Arabia. Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime vouchers, also called reload codes, not another SIM card, in Saudi Arabia. Airtime vouchers are available locally throughout Saudi Arabia at most convenience stores, petrol stations, Mobily authorized dealers and distributors. Airtime vouchers are available in 6 denominations:

Simply scratch off the gray protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone, the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective denomination you purchased.

Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.

Service Life

The Saudi Arabia SIM card is initially valid for 120 days once you arrive in Saudi Arabia. Every time you add airtime the validity period will be extended based on the denomination of the voucher purchased. After the validity period is passed, there will be a 15 day grace period when you will still receive calls only. After this period you will have another 60 day period when your account will be inoperable but you may still add airtime at which time your service will be re-activated. After this period your SIM card will expire and you will need to purchase another Mobily SIM card for service.
