Your Slovakia SIM Card (Easy) will require a SIM-unlocked GSM 900 / 1800 compatible international cell phone. If you do not have your own international cell phone, we have several models available for rental or purchase.

Your Slovakia SIM card will provide you with a Slovakia cellular phone number. Your new Slovakia phone number can be found on the front or back of the information package. The phone number begins with 09.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Slovakia SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Slovakia SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

Domestic Calls

Domestic rates are listed per minute for outgoing calls within Slovakia from your prepaid Slovakia SIM card while you are in Slovakia. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are FREE.

On weekends and public holidays a flat calling rate of SKK 3.90 (approx. US$0.14) per minute applies to ALL calls.

International Calls

Making international calls from your world cell phone has never been easier than with your prepaid Slovakia SIM card. All rates shows are per minute for international outgoing calls but charged per second while in Slovakia.

International text messages (SMS) are charged at SKK 4.80 (approx. US$0.20) per message.

Roaming Calls (calls placed when traveling outside of the country)

Your SIM card has an initial airtime credit of SKK 300 (approx. US$12). You must recharge your Slovakia Service at least once every 12 months in order for your Slovakia service to remain active. The 12-month period begins from the date of your last recharge or the initial activation date.
