Your St Kitts SIM card will provide you with a St Kitts cellular phone number, which can be found on the label affixed on your welcome letter. The number begins with 18.

For emergencies while using your local St Kitts & Nevis GSM SIM card in St Kitts & Nevis please dial 112 from your cell phone.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized St Kitts & Nevis SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the St Kitts & Nevis SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

**When calling overseas from the United States to your St Kitts & Nevis cell phone, callers will need to dial 1 (same country code as the US) followed your St Kitts & Nevis cell phone number. To call abroad from your St Kitts & Nevis cell phone simply dial the + key on your cell phone, followed by the country code and phone number.

Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within St Kitts & Nevis from your St Kitts & Nevis SIM card while you are in St Kitts & Nevis. All incoming calls, regardless of where they originate, are FREE with the Digicel SIM card.

Roaming Calls (calls placed when traveling outside of the country)

Roaming is a premium service offered by Digicel, allowing its customers to make and receive calls as well as send and receive SMS messages while outside their home network. Although it is not inexpensive, but it can be convenient if you cross into another country for a weekend. This way you don't have to buy a new SIM card for just 2 days in a new country. Be sure to purchase any airtime PRIOR to leaving St Kitts & Nevis, airtime vouchers will not be available while abroad.

The initial airtime balance of 10 EC is valid for 30 days. You need to add airtime to your SIM card within 30 days to keep it active. The validity period depends on which voucher you add. For more details, please consult the table below.
