Your St Lucia SIM Card (Digicel) will require a SIM-unlocked GSM 900 / 1800 compatible international cell phone. If you do not have your own international cell phone, we have several models available for rental or purchase.

Your St Lucia SIM card will provide you with a St Lucia cellular phone number, which can be found on the bottom of your welcome letter. The number starts with 519.

Customer service for your Saint Lucia Digicel prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 100 at any time from your St. Lucia cellular phone.

For emergencies while using your local St Lucia GSM SIM card in St Lucia please dial 112 from your cell phone.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Saint Lucia SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Saint Lucia SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

**When calling overseas from the United States to your Saint Lucia cell phone, callers will simply need to dial the Saint Lucia cell phone number. To call abroad from your Saint Lucia cell phone simply dial 011 followed by the country code and phone number, however to call the United States you only need to dial as you do at home. International Calls

Making international calls from your world cell phone has never been easier than with your prepaid Saint Lucia SIM card. All rates are per minute for international outgoing calls from a Saint Lucia prepaid SIM card while in Saint Lucia.

Roaming Calls (calls placed when traveling outside of the country)

Roaming is available with the Digicel SIM card. All calls are charged per minute.

GPRS Data Rates (Wireless Internet)

GPRS is available with your St Lucia SIM card. To get connected, call 145 from your Digicel mobile, in St Lucia and speak to a Customer Care Agent.

Adding Airtime

In order to add airtime to your Cayman Islands SIM card, please follow the instructions below. You may purchase additional airtime from most convenience stores, tabac shops and petrol stations in Cayman Islands. Additional airtime purchased locally, is available in denominations of EC$10, EC$15, EC$25, EC$40 and EC$70.

To check your account balance at any time, simply enter *120# and press �yes/ok/send�. A message will then be sent to your phone with your balance and the expiration date.

REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free, even when you run out of airtime.

The initial airtime balance of 10 EC is valid for 30 days. You need to add airtime to your SIM card within 30 days to keep it active. The validity period depends on which voucher you add. For more details, please consult the table below.

If you do not add airtime within the period specified, the SIM card and accompanying phone number will expire and any remaining airtime will be forfeit. To check your service expiration date, please follow the instructions below.
