Your Thailand SIM Card (Happy) will require a SIM-unlocked GSM 900 / 1800 compatible international cell phone. If you do not have your own international cell phone, we have several models available for rental or purchase.
Your Thailand SIM card will provide you with a Thailand cellular phone number, which can be found on the front and back of your SIM card package and begins with 08.

You can reach customer service for your Thailand prepaid SIM card by dialing 1678 from your Thailand cellular phone. A calling rate of THB 3 per minute will apply.
For emergencies while using your local Thailand GSM SIM card in Thailand please dial 112 from your cell phone.
*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Thailand SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Thailand SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Thailand cell phone, callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 66 and then your Thailand cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Thailand cell phone simply dial 009 followed by the country code and phone number.

Once you buy a top-up card, follow these simple steps to top up:

* Followed by the scratch card serial number (9 digits) and scratch card card ID (6 digits), then #
* Press the call or send key
* You will be notified of the credit and validity period via a text message (SMS).
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need a recharge voucher! Your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.
Your prepaid Thailand SIM card will be suspended if you do not recharge the service within 45 days of the airtime expiration.
