Your USA SIM Card (T-Mobile MAX) will require a SIM-unlocked GSM 1900 compatible international cell phone. If you do not have your own international cell phone, we have several models available for rental or purchase.

You will receive your US phone number via text message once you completed the activation process.

Customer service for your United States T-Mobile prepaid SIM card is available 24 hours a day by dialing 611 from your US cellular phone.

For emergencies while using your local United States GSM SIM card in the USA please dial 911 from your cell phone.

*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized American SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the United States SIM card into your cell phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

**When calling internationally from the United States with your T-Mobile SIM card, you will need to dial 011 followed by the country code and phone number.

Airtime Rates

Domestic Calls

Domestic rates are per minute with your T-Mobile prepaid SIM card for outgoing and incoming calls within The United States from your prepaid SIM card while you are in the USA.

All incoming SMS messages are charged at $0.05 USD and outgoing domestic messages cost $0.10 USD each.

International Calls

Incoming international calls are charged at the incoming domestic rate.

Canada / Mexico Puerto Rico Jamaica / Guam Rest of the World

All incoming international SMS messages are charged at $0.05 USD and outgoing international messages cost $0.35 USD each.

Roaming Calls (calls placed when traveling outside of the country)

Roaming is currently not available with the United States T-Mobile SIM card.

GPRS Data Rates (Wireless Internet)

GPRS is currently not available, however you will be able to receive email via your T-Mobile SIM card: Your cellular phone can receive e-mail from any other e-mail address. Your e-mail address for your prepaid SIM card will be your 10 digit cell phone number@tmomail.net and all incoming e-mails are free. Outgoing e-mails with your United States T-Mobile SIM card are 10 cents per domestic message. For more information on this feature, call customer care toll free at 611 from your prepaid cell phone. Your United States SIM card includes a preloaded 1030 minute credit. Additional airtime for the USA prepaid SIM card may be purchased at T-mobile authorized dealers, 7-11 convenience stores and online

Here is how you add your airtime.

REMEMBER: Do NOT purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! You only need to purchase a recharge voucher to add more talk time to your SIM card!

The T-Mobile MAX United States SIM card is initially valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must add airtime voucher at least once every 12 months to maintain the same phone number. Any airtime added will extend the validity of the SIM cards for another 12 months. Failure to reload additional airtime will result in the expiration of your T-Mobile prepaid SIM card and any remaining airtime will be forfeit.
